Love my ponytail extension!
I got the Grande 18” wavy pony and it looks so good. Even though it’s synthetic you can’t tell at all. Super fast delivery and beautifully packaged.

The quality of the hair scrunchie is brilliant but colour really hard to match with hair through a heart shape peep hole. If u break the seal u have 2 keep it which I don't think it's very fair. I have 2 keep it now as I had 2 open 2 see colour properly but it's not dark enough 2 be burgundy unfortunately. It's excellent quality and fast delivery no problems in that department. Just unfair trying to match colour through online and then a peep hole.

1 piece hair extension came with a broken clip. They offered me 15% off not a replacement. Told me to see on the spare clip.

the hair fell out a lot

None of the colours online are an accurate depiction of what you receive. All shades where either lighter or darker than online. It’s also super hard to dictate what colour suits you when you cannot remove the hair from the shiny reflective packaging.

I ordered a wig that costed over 100 dollars, and i still havent got it. No tracker either please help.
